I hired L Laurent to renovate our front porch and steps that were in desperate need for refurbishment. Luke was very thorough and timely with his estimate for the project and asked thoughtful questions during our initial consultation. During renovation, Luke was on site nearly every day working alongside his subs. They almost always left a very tidy work site, so much so that neighbors and family commented on how clean the project was maintained!
Luke is a very pleasant contractor to work with, something that can be rare in construction. He has a kind demeanor while also being talented in his field and exceptionally reliable. I will definitely hire L Laurent again for another project when the time comes!
Iberville House
I had old water damage in the front corner of my house and needed to replace an area around a door frame. I had multiple contractors stop by to discuss the project and submit bids. L Laurent wasn’t the cheapest bid, but the communication and knowledge about the project sold me on their services and I wasn’t disappointed. I was especially happy with the fine detail and craftsmanship of the end product. I’ve recommended L Laurent to multiple friends since the completion of the job.
